Season of the Witch - Weekend of Autumn Magick 2024

VENDOR APPLICATION

(Please read through the following details carefully before completing the application form below.)

Our Weekend of Autumn Magick 2024 will host vendors of hand-crafted/artisan wares on Saturday, 10/19 from 11am-4:30pm. The vendor fee is $40.

Approved vendors are required to bring their own table (6 ft or smaller), chair(s), and table dressing. Vendors are responsible for processing payments for their items sold.

Vendors will be stationed in one of two locations:

  • Inside The Grove (small event space directly next to our main shop)

  • Outside under a tent (provided) on the grass outside the main entrance to our shop

Set-up begins at 10am and vendors are asked to be fully set up and in place no later than 10:45am.

Vendors are required to break down their tables/displays and remove from the premises by 5:15pm.
